By purchasing a class pass and/or booking to participate in a class at Pilates Precision, you agree to be bound by our Terms and Conditions set out below.

 

Please do not book a class if for any reason you do not agree with any aspect of these Terms and Conditions. 

 

Pilates Precision reserve the right to change, update or reissue these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any such changes will be updated on the Pilates Precision website and you agree to be bound by such changes.

1. Cancellation Policy

 

To cancel a booking, please let Pilates Precision know at least 4 hours prior to the commencement of your class to avoid cancellation fees.

 

If you cancel your booking within 4 hours of your class or you do not show up, you will be charged a $20 cancellation fee. You will receive an invoice via email to complete payment of the cancellation fee.

 

If you rebook and attend a class within 24 hours of cancellation, the cancellation fee may be waived.

 

It is strongly encouraged that you let Pilates Precision know at least 12 hours before your class commences so another person may take your reservation.

2. Class Passes

 

Each class pass is subject to specific terms and conditions. This can include a minimum commitment period, time limitations, and/or class attendance limitations. All bookings using class passes are also subject to all terms and conditions, including the cancellation policy, outlined by Pilates Precision.

 

The sale of all class passes is final. Pilates Precision do not offer any transfers, suspensions, extensions or refunds on class passes for illness, injury, change of mind, user error, or any other reason. Any variance to this is up to the discretion of Pilates Precision on a case-by-case basis. 

 

Unlimited per Week Class Pass.

• Unlimited reformer and mat classes per week.

• Minimum commitment period of 20weeks. If suspended before minimum 20 week period has concluded, the total cost for remaining number of weeks will be invoiced.

• Automatically renews via direct debt weekly.

• If the pass is suspended and restarted at a later date, the minimum commitment period restarts.

• 2 weeks  suspension  permitted per year for your annual leave, plus Christmas closure each year

 

10 Class Pass.

• 1 class per week minimum.

• Strictly limited for 10 week period.

• Full payment must be paid at time of purchase.

• In the event the 10 classes have not been used before the expiry date, those classes will expire, and no refund or transfer will be given.

 

20 Class Pass.

• 2 classes per week minimum.

• Strictly limited for 10 week period.

• Full payment must be paid at time of purchase.

• In the event the 20 classes have not been used before the expiry date, those classes will expire, and no refund or transfer will be given.

 

Prices and terms and conditions for each class pass may change from time to time. Any such changes will be updated on the Pilates Precision website and you agree to be bound by such changes.

3. Timetable

 

Classes on the published timetable are subject to change or cancellation without notice.

 

Pilates Precision reserve the right to cancel any group class if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this occurs, Pilates Precision will be in touch to arrange an alternate class.

No refunds are given. However, your classes can be transferred to a future date, and class passes extended for the period of time you are impacted by COVID-19.
